I am Kenelva Castrillón. Industrial engineer, MBA, specialist in finance and international business, and an international auditor of ISO management systems. I studied in Colombia, Spain and Miami.
I work with owners who already have a running business and need structure to grow: strategic direction, organizational development, sales and human talent. I am convinced that work done from inside the human being produces measurable results in organizations, which is why my practice combines consulting with coaching and NLP.
More than a decade ago I founded Fénix Engineers, headquartered in Colombia with a branch in Miami, from which we have run operations in Panama, Chile, Peru and Curaçao. I am the mother of three children and the wife of an exceptional man.

Do you work outside Colombia and the United States?
Yes. Through Fénix Engineers we have run operations in Panama, Chile, Peru and Curaçao, and the work can be on site or remote depending on what your team needs.
